Jason is a graduate of McGill University where his passion for Canadian politics developed into a habit of civic activism. Throughout his career Jason has worked in the public and private sector advocating for change on important social issues, with a particular interest in youth advocacy and marginalized communities. He is excited to be focused on breaking down the barriers to nature that marginalized communities face in Canada, and inspiring the next generation of environmental leaders. In his spare time you can find Jason hiking on a trail in Algonquin Park or reading a good book on a rainy day.
